1.⁠ ⁠Strict Timeline: Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
2.⁠ ⁠⁠Product Condition: The item must be completely unused, unopened, unsprayed, and in its original cellophane wrap or tamper seal.
3.⁠ ⁠⁠Exclusions: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., changing your mind or disliking the scent profile after opening).
4.⁠ ⁠⁠Non-Returnable Items: Opened, unsealed, or sprayed perfumes. Decants, sample vials, and unboxed testers.Sale, clearance, or promotional items.


Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or if we sent the wrong product, we will resolve it at zero cost to you.
Proof Required: You must provide an unboxing video or clear photos showing the issue within the 24-hour window.
Resolution: We will provide a free exchange or a full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Our Mistake: If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, Perfumeshop.ng covers all pickup and delivery fees.
Change of Mind (Sealed Items Only): If you return a perfectly sealed item within 24 hours for personal reasons, you must cover the return courier fees.


Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 24 hours of arrival)
Approved Refunds: Funds will be sent via direct bank transfer or the original payment channel.
Timeline: Refunds reflect within 1 to 3 working days, depending on Nigerian banking networks.
